Software Engineer Robotics

Your Role:

As a Software Engineer, you will be pivotal in developing innovative software that drives our vision-guided robotic systems. You’ll work on projects that integrate algorithms, real-time processing, and sensor technologies to create intelligent automation solutions. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll take part in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a driven, solution-oriented professional who meets the following requirements:

• Education: BSc, MSc, PhD preferably in Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science, but Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering (with strong mathematical proficiency) is acceptable too.
• Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is required; German language skills are a plus.
• Skills: strong (mathematical) ability and hands-on experience with a programming language
• Problem-Solving: You thrive on challenges and enjoy working with complex technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software for robotics systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop algorithms for vision-based robotic guidance and decision-making processes.
• Integrate various sensors and hardware to create autonomous solutions.
• Test, debug, and maintain existing software to ensure robustness and scalability.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers

Your Profile:

• A can-do attitude and a strong drive to build something that works
• Excellent academic achievement and problem solving skills
• Experience with a programming language and enthousiasm to work with Lua & C++
• Technical affinity, preferably some interesting technical hobbies
• A full time professional (not parttime)
