Robotics without programming

Your sheet metal parts are automatically recognised and processed by our vision-controlled robot technology. Whether its is laser-cut or heavy plate, whether it is stainless or mild steel parts. Teaching of your individual sheet-metal parts is not necessary! The grippers are selected automatically and gripper changes do not need to be programmed. An intuitive user interface ensures that operators can use our technologies without specialised knowledge.

Stacking and transporting as usual

Conventional robot systems must always know exactly where the sheet metal components are located. Teqram's vision sensors and software is much more flexible. Your (e.g. laser-cut) parts that are provided do not have to be stacked in special containers or fixtures.

A plus for speed and safety

Our robots are significantly faster than a human operator, especially for parts heavier than 25 kg. Robot-assisted loading and unloading of heavy parts like flame-cut parts or plasma-cut parts eliminates the safety risks of manual handling by the operator.

Heavy sheet-metal components? No problem - there are versions for 130 kg, 200 kg and 600 kg parts

Are you working with a single-sided deburring machine? No problem - the robot turns the sheet metal parts for you and then feeds them through deburring machine.

Automation can be done with one or two robots. In the case of the solution with one robot, it can be selected that both sides are to be processed/rounded in succession.

Integration with an automated storage system is an option

EasyDebur is a solution for loading and unloading deburring and grinding machines. It is based on Teqram's modular building blocks and can be customised for specific applications.

The most important component of EasyDebur is our vision-controlled robot as a module: the EasyBot.

An EasyBot consists of the following components:

  • an EasyEye, our patented 3D vision controller
  • an industrial robot manipulator with 6 axes, 3.05 m reach and the ability to handle from a few 100g laser-cut part to a 600kg flame-cut component
  • a modular base (easy to transport and place) with all electronic and safety components EasyIO: distributed IO and control
  • our EasyFlexibleFramework: software framework for vision-guided robotics
  • a PC-based user interface: easy to operate, no PLC required.

Thanks to our vision technology, an EasyBot can handle small-volume, high-variety production challenges. Compared to conventional robot solutions, an EasyBot eliminates programming time.

EasyDebur can be configured for single-sided and double-sided deburring machines. It utilises our EasyFlipper, which can be used to automatically flip your sheet metal parts as required.
