The Challenge

Post-processing of cut parts is time-intensive, repetitive, and ergonomically demanding. Removing slag, eliminating pierce points, grinding edges, and creating radii consume skilled labor for tasks with limited value creation.

Small parts are securely held by magnets while hardened slag is automatically removed using a chisel.
