The Challenge

Previously, cut parts were finished manually using chisels and angle grinders. The work was physically demanding, especially for heavy components over 50 kg (110 lb), and involved repetitive manual handling. The risk of injury was significant. At the same time, high product variety required a flexible automation solution — without manual programming.

The heavy deslagging process using a chisel is performed by the EasyGrinder.
